TRITEC Real Estate Co. to build 180,668 s/f new <br>Brightview Senior Living community in Greenburgh, NY

Greenburgh, NY Ronkonkoma-based TRITEC Real Estate Company is serving as the construction manager for the new Brightview Senior Living community. With a track record of delivering projects such as Brightview Port Jefferson and Sayville, Woodland Pond, Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, and numerous medical and commercial developments, TRITEC is bringing its expertise to this 180,668 s/f senior living community situated on a five-acre site. This marks the third Brightview Senior Living project managed by TRITEC, reflecting a continued partnership with the award-winning senior living provider.

Centrally located between Tarrytown, Scarsdale, and White Plains, the community offers 155 designed residential apartments. These include 75 independent living, 54 assisted living, and 26 Wellspring Village memory care apartments, providing a wide array of housing options tailored to the diverse needs of its senior residents.

The new community is designed to offer a premier lifestyle experience, featuring luxury amenities. Residents will have a movie theater, billiards room, pub, fitness center, salon, grand libraries, dining areas, and versatile community rooms for events and gatherings. Outdoor features include a year-round gardening room, a two-story heated porch, water features, and four courtyards with activities such as bocce and a putting green. A newly constructed sewage treatment plant will also ensure the site operates sustainably. Daily programs and cultural events encourage residents to stay active, social, and engaged, fostering a vibrant atmosphere.

Construction for Brightview Greenburgh commenced in November 2024, marking another milestone in TRITEC’s legacy of excellence in senior living development.
