Optiver signs 23,038 s/f at BXP’s 360 Park Ave. South
Manhattan, NY According to BXP, global market maker Optiver has signed a lease for 23,038 s/f at 360 Park Ave. South. The firm will occupy the entire 12th floor of the fully redeveloped 450,000 s/f workplace, which features newly renovated and reimagined lobbies, and a full suite of amenities.
Optiver was represented by a JLL team led by Matt Felice and BXP was represented by a CBRE team led by Peter Turchin.
Optiver will occupy space that was prebuilt by BXP and designed by Spectorgroup, promoting flexibility and collaboration as the company focuses on their growth.
This transaction represents Optiver’s first long-term office lease in New York City and marks a significant commitment to the company’s continued growth in New York and across the United States.
