CoreNet NYC names 2025 board of directors
New York, NY The CoreNet Global New York City Chapter (CoreNet NYC) named its 2025 board of directors. At the helm as chair is Mindy Williams, director, head of client development at Turner & Townsend.
Joining Williams on the executive board are:
• Christian Bryan, president – vice president, head of real estate and facilities, CrowdStrike
• Sonya Dufner, vice president – director of workplace strategy, principal, Gensler
• Will Monaghan, treasurer – global head of corporate real estate, Willis Towers Watson
• Sandra Yencho, secretary principal, Cresa;
• Jason Aster, interim secretary, managing director, growth, KBA Lease Services
With a membership of over 1,000 corporate real estate professionals, CoreNet NYC has established itself as the “Voice of the Tenant” within New York City’s commercial real estate industry. Representing corporate end-users and service providers from some of the world’s largest companies, the CoreNet NYC Chapter leads the way in real estate planning, development, and innovation. Dedicated to fostering strategic workplace management and driving transformative ideas, CoreNet NYC is poised for continued growth under the leadership of chair Williams, who is committed to propelling the organization into the future.

We aim to create impactful experiences that inspire, educate, and connect our members, strengthening CoreNet NYC as the premier resource for corporate real estate professionals. We look forward to a dynamic year of learning, networking, and collaboration,” said Williams.
Williams is the director head of client development for global professional services firm, Turner & Townsend, based in their New York office. In this position, Mindy leads the strategic growth program to expand the firm’s profile and market share within the Eastern United States. She brings over 25 years of experience working in partnership with the real estate, design and construction industries.
