Joule House announces completion

Miami, FL Joule House, a mixed-use, multifamily development designed to foster connections, named after the joule—the unit of measurement for energy, embodies the dynamic spirit of its location. Now complete, Joule House received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from the City of Miami and has initiated move-ins for its 308 apartment homes. 

Developed by Fisher Brothers, a fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates unique spaces across the country, Joule House is the company’s latest multifamily development within its House brand, a collection of amenitized, design-forward properties built. The project is a collaboration with Rockwell Group, showcasing their creativity and architectural sophistication. Tailored to meet the needs of today's renters, the development enhances the way people live, work, and connect.

Rising eight stories at 2200 NW 1st Avenue, a mix of floorplans include studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, along with select two- and three-bedroom penthouses, ranging from 474 to 1,405 s/f. Interiors by ID & Design International (IDDI) feature neutral tones, bold accents and contemporary finishes. Spacious closets and ample storage provide practical organization, while floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings invite a bright and open ambiance. Kitchens include expansive countertops, pendant lighting and GE washers and dryers. With leasing and property management by Bozzuto, attention to detail and warm hospitality are unwavering priorities. 

Art is a cornerstone of Joule House, reflected in the 30,000 s/f of installations throughout the property. Curated in partnership with WXLLSPACE, the collection includes a mural by local artist Nico; artwork by Dasic Fernandez; a geometric mural by Mr. June; an exterior mural by Remote; and Ahol Sniffs Glue’s eye motif at the exterior entrance and port cochere. 

Spanning 23,000 s/f, Rockwell Group designed a collection of indoor and outdoor amenities spread across three floors. Residents can retreat to the outdoor Garden with curved landscaping and a custom Airstream lounge. Wellness enthusiasts can start their day with an outdoor yoga session or a workout at the fitness studio, equipped with Peloton and Precor equipment. The coworking lab offers a coffee bar and built-in record player, communal working tables, a conference room and three private offices. Leisure options include an indoor lounge, demonstration kitchen, and game room with a pool table, air hockey and arcade games.
