The Hippodrome expands ElevatedNY <br>office space; design by LB Architects
Manhattan, NY The Hippodrome, a premier class A office tower in Midtown, has expanded ElevatedNY, its high-end, amenity-rich flexible office located at 1120 Ave. of the Americas. As part of the expansion, Hippodrome management has added another floor of furnished, pre-built offices, called Team Suites, to the ElevatedNY business, bringing a total s/fage offering of 130,000 s/f across four floors.

Designed by LB Architects, the expanded space introduces 26,000 s/f of newly-built work environments tailored for businesses. The flexible office space features 18 fully-furnished Team Suites designed to accommodate organizations of up to 12 people. ElevatedNY’s new Team Suites are available for pre-leasing with move-ins beginning in July 2025.
Tenants will have access to a range of premium amenities, including reception services, a dedicated mothers room, event space, an on-floor conference room, a modern coffee bar, and a pantry kitchen. ElevatedNY tenants also benefit from the 1120 Club, an exclusive community that enhances the workday experience with perks including discounts for on-site parking, local dining, hotels and fitness club membership at nearby Equinox, blending lifestyle and productivity.
