Jaske joins Olshan Frome Wolosky as partner
Manhattan, NY Gregory Jaske has joined Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP as a partner in the firm’s real estate law practice. Jaske brings 12 years of legal experience providing sophisticated and comprehensive counsel to real estate developers, owners, family offices and other institutional investors across a broad range of real estate transactions in New York City and nationally. His practice includes extensive experience negotiating and structuring commercial real estate joint ventures and other partnerships as well as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, ground leasing, and borrower side financings.

Jaske’s practice also includes telecommunications real estate matters, including data center development and leasing and rooftop facility leases, as well as tenant-side retail healthcare leasing. In addition, he has substantial experience in commercial real estate financing matters, from loans to purchases of co-lending interests and loan participations totaling billions of dollars in value. Jaske joins Olshan from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C.

He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. He holds a B.A. in economics from Hamilton College.
