Two Trees Management leases 99% of One Domino Square residences

Brooklyn, NY According to Two Trees Management, a family-owned, Brooklyn-based real estate development firm, over 99% of rental units in One Domino Square, Williamsburg’s tallest residential building, have been leased since the building’s launch less than a year ago.
Since leasing began in May 2024, 278 of One Domino Square’s 279 market-rate units have been rented, this pace includes a full lease-up on the penthouse collection in only a month including units, PH1A and PH2B. Positioned at Williamsburg’s highest residential point, these penthouse two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes indulge a wraparound terrace and views of the city skyline, bridges, and the East River leading to the Statue of Liberty.
“There’s been an overwhelmingly positive response to One Domino Square, and we only have one unit left to lease, our premier corner three-bedroom on the 53rd floor that was recently released,” said Rebecca Epstein, managing director of residential leasing at Two Trees Management. “This milestone reflects the building’s sophisticated design, indoor-outdoor amenity package that fosters community, and most notably, its unrivaled waterfront location with the best views on the market.”
Designed inside and out by renowned architect Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, the striking pearlescent building features an iridescent porcelain façade that reflects the waterfront and natural light throughout the day, creating a presence on the New York City skyline. Inside, open-plan interiors come to life with high-quality finishes, modern conveniences, and exceptional craftsmanship. Kitchens has Caesarstone countertops, high-end Bosch appliances, and in most homes, spacious islands with a breakfast bar. Ceiling heights reach 11 ft., while views of the skyline and waterfront, with select homes offering panoramic vistas of all five New York City boroughs.
