Recent goal and impact:

When my partner, Jake Torre, and I joined SAB, our goal was to grow our business and our client-facing capabilities. I’m proud to say that, entering our fourth year at SAB, we’ve been able to accomplish that by closing 15 deals in 2024, valued at ~$60m, for both new and long-term clients. We’ve helped SAB Capital develop a stronger NYC-centric identity to stand out in the market and are becoming a household name in Brooklyn.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

At SAB, information-sharing is a cornerstone of our culture. Brokers of all levels are immersed in an environment where collaboration is the norm and expertise is communal. Real estate is a people business: the more we share, the more we grow—not just as individuals but as a firm, and as an industry. By leveraging the expertise of our team, we provide our clients with tailored solutions that accomplish their objectives.
