Recent goal and impact:

A recent goal I achieved was building a team of six real estate agents from the ground up. Starting with no listings, we quickly established a presence by securing new exclusive properties and delivering results for our clients. This not only expanded our firm’s footprint in the competitive New York market but also strengthened our brand visibility and client trust. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the team grow, thrive, and contribute to the firm’s long-term success.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

I actively share my knowledge by mentoring the agents on my team through regular one-on-one coaching, team meetings, and real-time support in the field. I also lead training sessions on market trends, negotiation strategies, and client service. In addition, I stay involved in the broader real estate community by sharing insights on social media and collaborating with industry peers. My goal is to help others grow while staying at the forefront of the NYC real estate market.
