CBRE Upstate NY leases 160,000 s/f <br>office space at Genesee Towers

Buffalo, NY CBRE Upstate NY, an affiliate of CBRE, and ORION Office REIT Inc. secured the lease of 160,000 s/f of office space to Ingram Micro as the first tenant to sign on at the rebranded Genesee Towers at 257 West Genesee St.

Lida Eberz and Jeffrey LiPuma of CBRE Upstate NY’s Buffalo office represent the ownership of Genesee Towers in all leasing activities at the property.
