Gindi Equities expands portfolio with acquisition of Amber Crossing Apartments

Fargo, ND Gindi Equities has officially completed the acquisition of Amber Crossing Apartment Homes, a multifamily community situated at 5170 Amber Valley Pkwy. S. The purchase, made from Property Resources Group, signals Gindi’s third investment in the local market.

Gindi’s strategic plan for Amber Crossing includes comprehensive interior refurbishments, such as updating kitchen and bathroom features, as well as revamping common spaces and outdoor amenities.
