Blanton of Largo Capital arranges $14 million refinance

Lutz, FL Ben Blanton of Largo Capital, Inc. arranged a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a 110-key Hilton Garden Inn. The five-year, fixed-rate loan, amortized over 25 years, included cash-out proceeds above the previous loan balance and carries no prepayment penalty. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, meeting room, lobby pantry, and a full-service restaurant.
