Delisle and Monahan negotiate long-term lease extensions at Sunrise Plaza

Brooksville, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated several long-term lease extension for Sunrise Plaza. They were able to negotiate favorable terms for the retention and lease extensions for Access Health, who occupies 2,100 s/f, River Ridge Animal Clinic, who occupies 2,700 s/f, and Insane Smoke Shop, who occupies 1,200 s/f.

Sunrise Plaza is a Winn Dixie anchored shopping center on Cortez Blvd. consisting of 90,000 s/f.
