Cleeman Realty Group announces the off-market sale of a Hy-Vee Supermarket

Fort Dodge, IA Cleeman Realty Group has completed the $4.25 milion off-market sale of a net leased Hy-Vee Supermarket located at 115 S 29th St. The asset is strategically positioned within Fort Dodge’s primary retail hub, offering strong visibility and consistent customer traffic. Nearby national retailers include Walmart, Target, Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, and Aldi.

The property features a 66,455 s/f building situated on a 5.77 +/- acre parcel. Hy-Vee has occupied the space since 1997 and pays a below-market rent, providing the new owner with a stable, long-term tenant and future potential for rent growth and value appreciation.
