Woodstock, GA Ben Blanton of Largo Capital, Inc. secured financing for a ~28,000 s/f retail property. The five-year, fixed-rate loan provided cash out that allowed the sponsor to pursue other investment opportunities. The loan – procured through one of Largo’s correspondent life companies – provided an interest rate that was locked at application with a spread in the mid-100s over the corresponding Treasury.
