MGAC expands UK presence with Flint + Partners acquisition

London, UK MGAC, a global project and cost management consultancy, is strengthening its UK presence by adding Flint + Partners, a boutique construction consultancy providing strategic advisory, project management, and cost management services. The acquisition consolidates the previous strategic partnership between MGAC and Flint + Partners by bringing the latter under the MGAC banner. As part of the move, Peter Flint, one of the founding partners of Flint + Partners, will serve on the MGAC leadership team as executive managing director and, based in the London office, will lead the UK team to grow the business and deliver a modern client services approach.

Since expanding to the UK in 2021, the Washington, DC-based MGAC has seen more than 50% growth across its European and North American teams, now with more than 350 professionals serving a full range of clients from the firm’s 11 offices globally. In the UK, MGAC has delivered more than 30% revenue growth in that time and is expected to double its business within five years. Flint + Partners brings a track record of success helping clients deliver their property projects with an outcome-first approach. The Flint + Partners team, led by Flint and directors Paul Davis and Radhika Sathy, will continue to execute its full range of services and growth strategies, now as part of the global MGAC brand.

In the UK alone, MGAC brings a team of more than 100 professionals across four offices in London, Birmingham, Brighton, and Glasgow. Core services include project management, cost management, portfolio management, technology solutions, and health and safety. MGAC has led projects for clients such as the BBC, British Airways, National Health Service, Public Properties, ESCP Business School, University of Strathclyde, University of Birmingham, Football Foundation, Solum, Court Collaboration, and OneHousing, among others.
