What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 
UBS Arena at Belmont Park. This matter presented a variety of complicated land use issues beyond those normally encountered in my practice. It provided me the opportunity to work alongside the best law firms in New York City and to play a small part in bringing the Islanders back home to Long Island.
