Brooklyn, NY The Brooklyn-based multi-family, commercial and institutional architectural firm IMC Architecture has launched its new interior design studio. Director of design Federigo Luzzi leads the new interior practice, with focus on workplace, commercial, retail, hospitality and residential work.
“Our new interior design group will both serve its own clients and support IMC’s architectural projects. The studio will take advantage of the increasing volume of interior work in the New York City, national and international markets,” said IMC principal Eugene Mekhtiyev, AIA, LEED GA.

IMC Architecture’s recent and current projects include the 4,000 s/f office fit-out for Brooksville Company and 1,000 s/f workplace for We Lend, both in Manhattan; 10,000 s/f office for Bawabeh Realty Holdings in Brooklyn as well as design work for several charter and private schools in Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn. In the hospitality and retail markets, the studio designed the new Le Café Coffee at One Dag office tower, located at 885 Second Ave. in Midtown Manhattan.
