Zenith IOS acquires three-acre industrial outdoor storage property

Portland, OR Zenith IOS has closed on a two-acre property located at 17090 NE San Rafael St. The off-market acquisition was brokered by Devin Kopas of JLL.

The acquired property was already graded, partially paved, fenced, and lit at the time of acquisition. Since acquiring it, Zenith IOS has improved it through the addition of a two-story structure.

The property was occupied at the time of purchase by Merchants Metals, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of fence systems in the nation. This tenant will remain at the site and continue its use as a strategic location for material storage.
