November 14, 2008 - Shopping Centers
Aries, Deitch & Endelson (AD&E) has completed a lease with Marshall's for the opening of one of their first Shoe Megashops on Central Ave. Bill Hesse represented TJX Cos. on behalf of Marshall's in the lease agreement. The discount retailer will occupy 10,000 s/f in a freestanding facility located in the Central Plaza Shopping Center. According to Hesse, president of AD&E, "This latest site for Marshall's represents a groundbreaking event in that it's the first and largest free-standing Megashop to be created having an ideal location both logistically and demographically in Westchester County. It identifies Marshall's as a significant and major presence within the shoe industry in a premier retail environment and location along the Central Ave. corridor allowing for extremely high visibility and traffic flow." AD&E has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with parent company TJX in establishing new locations for them, specifically throughout the lower Hudson Valley.
