Scullin of Katz & Assocs. leases 39,225 s/f to PGA Tour Superstore

Commack, NY PGA Tour Superstore has opened at Mayfair Shopping Center. The new 39,225 s/f superstore features a selection of golf and tennis apparel and equipment.

Katz & Associates’ Hugh Scullin represented PGA Tour Superstore and E.J. Moawad from LEVIN Management Corp. represented the landlord.

This is Scullin’s third deal with PGA Tour Superstore; he also worked with them for stores in Paramus and East Hanover, N.J.
