Schiller of Pyramid negotiates 32,362 s/f warehouse/dist. lease

Prestige Delivery Systems has leased the 32,362 s/f warehouse/distribution building located at 25 Boxwood Ln. from 25 Boxwood Ln., LLC. David Schiller, SIOR, of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations.
