Cambridge Realty Cap. provides $6.5 million loan

Cambridge Realty Capital Companies has provided a $6.5 million FHA-insured first mortgage loan to refinance and fund a 5,075 s/f addition at Pine Acres Care Center, a 119-bed nursing home facility.
Cambridge chairman Jeffrey Davis said the fully-amortized, 40-year loan was arranged for the company's owner by Cambridge Realty Capital the Cambridge business that underwrites HUD loans.
