What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022? To end the first quarter of 2022, I represented a client in the financing of one of the largest multi-family purchases in Queens since the start of the pandemic.

How has your career path changed in 2022? I was promoted to partner at the start of the year which came with new responsibilities and challenges. Even more exciting, I welcomed the arrival of my first child and beautiful daughter, Lennon Rose Zafrin. 2022 has certainly put into perspective priorities when it comes to balancing family and career, and I am grateful to my wife Melissa who has supported me navigating both.
