GFI Realty Services arranges $12.5 million sale of 192,000 s/f marina in Miami, FL

Miami, FL GFI Realty Services, LLC has closed on the $12.5-million sale of a 191,664 s/f luxury boutique marina. Sasha Berg, an associate at GFI Realty Services, represented the buyer, Izzy Bard, and the seller, a local investor.   

The asset will be utilized as a full-service high-end marina with 54 boat slips. The marina already has a waiting list of high-profile yacht owners.
