Madera, CA X-Caliber Rural Capital and CastleGreen Finance together close $52M construction loan for an almond cold storage facility located at 2647 Condor Rd. The financing included a $35 million USDA Food Supply Chain Loan and $17 million C-PACE Financing.

The loan was brokered by Max Allen of ClearMarket.
