Alfred Sanzari Enterprises to open new dining hall at Glenpointe Campus in Teaneck

Teaneck, NJ Alfred Sanzari Enterpriseshave added Marketplace, an Urban Eatery — a 3,350 s/f dining hall with a seating capacity for over 100 patrons — to the company’s flagship asset, Glenpointe corporate campus. Located in The Atrium at Glenpointe at 400 Frank W. Burr Blvd., the new eatery will offer fresh and locally sourced, made-to-order and grab ‘n’ go meals when it opens on October 21, 2022. 

Marketplace joins an array of fine dining and casual offerings in Glenpointe's interconnected office buildings and the adjacent Marriott Hotel, including Pancetta Regional Kitchen & Wine Bar, The Glen Bar and a full-service Starbucks. Marketplace will be open for service Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to tenants and community members. Additionally, tenants will have 24-hour access to the Marketplace. Marketplace will feature a fully automated system that includes kiosks for seamless quick in-store ordering and a website for pick-up and catering orders.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises partnered with various architects and vendors to bring the vision for the more than $2 million project to life: Flick·Mars, Kimmerle Newman Architects, PBA Engineering, Shine Engineering and Mixed Media Concepts. White Lodging, will manage Marketplace, bringing in culinary experts like Chef AJ Buchanio to curate the seasonal menu offerings.

We placed an emphasis on quality ingredients as well as partnering with local vendors to create an unmatched food experience not traditionally seen in office buildings” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “This is the latest project to bring quality and convenience to a trophy asset like Glenpointe that we know our tenants will love”.

In keeping with the restaurant’s modern concept approach, the design team incorporated a mixture of contemporary and industrial design influences, including subway tiles, marble counters, warm wood finishes, steel accents and mid-century modern style seating. 

Marketplace builds upon Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ significant leasing activity at the 670,000 s/f Glenpointe corporate campus in 2022. Over the last 12 months, the firm has negotiated leases totaling nearly 100,000 s/f with companies including Leica Camera, Axia Women’s Health, Agam Capital Management, Kolmar Korea and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals.
