Largo Capital arranges $28 million of debt to refinance a 3 building portfolio

Saint-Laurent, QC Largo Capital’s Kevin Ross closed a three building industrial/flex portfolio for a total loan amount of $28.05 million.

Two of the buildings are well located on-island with convenient access to Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport via Autoroute 520. The third property is in the heart of Laval and is easily accessed from Autoroutes 15 and 440. Ross secured 5-year terms with competitive interest rates through a Canadian investment firm.
