Zere of Zere Real Estate Services sells 26-acre parcel for $1.8 million

Riverhead, NY Zere Real Estate Services sold 26 acres of raw land. The sale price was $1.8 million.

The property is situated on Middle Rd., and was ideal for a nice quiet residential development. The property is zoned residential.

“The property is ideal for an approved master planned residential community with 22 single and separate lots for single-family homes,” according to David Zere, executive vice president at Zere Real Estate Services.

The seller was Parvis Benhuri Trust and was sold to Manzi Development.
