Cushman & Wakefield arrange three new leases totaling 13,410 s/f
New York, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged three new long-term office leases totaling 13,410 s/f at 250 Park Ave.
Cushman & Wakefield’s David Hoffman, Robert Billingsley, Whitnee Williams and Sam Hoffman represented the landlord, AEW Capital Management, in the transactions.

Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc, a commercial real estate financing direct lender, signed a 5,638 s/f lease on part of the 12th floor. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Evan Fiddle and Joseph D’Apice.
Japan National Tourism Organization, a Japan tourism agency, signed a 4,034 s/f lease on part of the 19th floor. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Junji Miyake and Mariyon Robertson.
Banyan Street Capital, a real estate services firm, signed a 3,738 s/f lease on part of the 19th floor.
