CBRE arrange leases for Duke Foundation and EOS Investors
New York, NY CBRE has arranged two new long-term leases totaling nearly 37,000 s/f at Westbrook Partners’ office tower at 444 Madison Ave. Doris Duke Management Foundation has leased the entire 10th floor of 20,293 s/f and EOS Investors LLC has leased the entire 14th floor of 16,624 s/f at the 42-story Art Deco office property.
The CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Meghan Allen, James Ackerson and Max Tarter lead the leasing and marketing at the property and represented the owners in the lease negotiations. Amrich also secured the tenant and represented EOS Investors in the deal.
