Somerset County, NJ Axiom Capital Corp has structured and arranged a $25 million permanent loan (10-year loan, 1 year I/O, fixed rates, non-recourse) for the refinance of a 113,204 s/f grocery anchored retail plaza.

The property is strategically situated along Elizabeth Ave. in the heart of Somerset’s primary retail corridor just off Exit 12 of I-28. The Property consists of three parcels — a 67,003 s/f, standalone ShopRite; a 42,159 s/f retail building; and a standalone Wells Fargo branch.
