Will of Hemisphere Holdings handles sale of 21-unit property for $615,000

Syracuse, NY Hemisphere Holdings Corp. handled the sale and closing of 1265-67 W. Genesee St. The sale price was $615,000.

Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings was the broker in this deal.

The Sacred Heart Apartments is a multifamily property totaling 21 units. Renpro, LLC purchased the property from Richard Flaherty.

The deal closed on February 14, 2022.
