Philadelphia, PA Joseph Kassin and Steven Pollan of Kassin Sabbagh Realty announced the sale of 11601 Caroline Rd., 11631 Caroline Rd., 11731 Caroline Rd., & 592 Winks Ln. The transaction total was $34.55 million. The industrial site was 258,822 s/f on 16.6 acres with an additional 12.5 acres of vacant land.

The seller was Barry Green and the Buyer was NorthBridge Partners.
