Schuckman Realty facilitates 8,300 s/f lease for Walgreens

Brooklyn, NY Schuckman Realty Inc. has facilitated the leasing of street level retail space at 604 Pacific St. to Walgreens Pharmacy Health & Wellness.

Kenneth Schuckman of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord in a lease for 8,300 s/f across from the Barclay’s Center. Michael Riley of JLL, represented the tenant.

Walgreens is expected to open in Q3 2022.

Walgreens will join Snipes, Shake Shack and Chick-Fil-A at the intersection of Pacific St. and Flatbush Ave.
