Heritage Cap. completes leases, bldg. enhancements

Heritage Capital has completed several new leases and building enhancements at 550 Broad St. Heritage is the operating partner and on-site manager for the 300,000 s/f property, with Grubb Ellis as exclusive leasing agent. The newest transactions, negotiated by Jeff Kolodkin and Dawn Arrabito, of Grubb & Ellis who represented Heritage, include new tenant commitments as well as expansions and renewals totaling more than 30,000 s/f. Dan DePalma and Rob Kossar of JLL represented U.S. Corrugated for 9,161 s/f.
