Soundview Partners launches sales at Long Island City duplex condo property
Queens, NY According to developer Soundview Partners LLC, sales have launched for 39-32 28th St., a new, two-unit duplex condominium in Long Island City’s Dutch Kills neighborhood. The units range from 1,993 s/f to 2,055 s/f. Modern Spaces is exclusively handling marketing and sales for the residences.
The three-bed, three-bath duplexes offer spacious units suitable for young families, as the average price per s/f for three-bedroom units on the market in the area rose by 12% last quarter, according to Modern Spaces’ Q4 2019 market report.
