Pyramid completes $1m sale of 3.45 acres

HDL Property Group, a preferred Walgreens developer, has purchased 3.45 acres that will be used to develop a Walgreens Pharmacy. The properties purchased are located at 9032 Erie Rd. and 9050 Erie Rd. The total sale price was $1 million. David Seider and Scott Fetzer of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations. Pyramid is a commercial real estate services firm with over 100 agents in the region.
