Gabryshak to develop 46-unit apt. complex

According to Matt Gabryshak of Gabryshak Construction, the company plans to develop 46 apartments off Ballard Rd. Gabryshak and Roohan Realty owner Thomas Roohan jointly own 114 acres under the name G&R Realty Development. A portion of that land is being used to build 38 single family homes. Gabryshak is buying six acres from G&R Realty Development to build the proposed 12-building apartment project.
