Gemini Real Estate Advs. purchases the 354,625 s/f Johnstown Galleria

According to Will Obeid, president of Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC, the company has acquired the Johnstown Galleria. Built in 1992, the Johnstown Galleria is a 354,625 s/f regional enclosed mall. The Johnstown Galleria is anchored by a 101,000 s/f JC Penny. The mall is also anchored by a Sears, Bon Ton and Boscov's (not included in Gemini's purchase).  Other retailers include Aeropostale, American Eagle, Champs, and Hollister.
