David Greene, executive managing director of MHP Commercial Brokerage Services, has completed a 4,700 s/f office lease at 7 West 18th St. The space is the entire 6th floor of the property. Greene represented the tenant, Glenn Horowitz Bookseller. Bard Jones of Scandia Realty represented the landlord.
