• Feinberg represented the landlord, in a 38,000 s/f lease at 99 Harris St. to Giovanni Foods who was represented by Ed Rogers of JF Real Estate.

• Feinberg represented the buyer, Fady Kased, while Karen Cannata-LaRocca represented the seller in the sale of 1720 Erie Blvd., a 7,500 s/f building in Syracuse, for $195,000.
