Westbury, NY Protravel International, LLC has signed a long-term lease for 8,000 s/f of office space at 1400 Old Country Rd. The tenant was represented by Ralph Benzakein, SIOR, of Cresa Long Island. The landlord, Valley East Management, was represented by Joe Kondracke and Adam Rochlin of The Rochlin Org.
