McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt honored by NAIOP
White Plains, NY Three major development projects in which the law firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP, played a role have been honored by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The projects were recognized as “Westchester County Transformative Deals” during NAIOP’s annual Connecticut and Suburban NY awards event held in Darien, CT. MGS played a role in obtaining the zoning changes and approvals necessary for the projects to proceed. The projects recognized were:
• The Toll Brothers/Normandy Real Estate Partners transformation of 1.5 million s/f of office space along the I-287 corridor in Harrison into a multifamily residential development with 421 rental apartments, including 42 affordable units.
• Wegmans Food Markets constructing a 125,000 s/f, stand-alone store on 20 acres at Corporate Park Dr., Harrison adjacent to the Corporate Park Dr. residential development.
• Danone North America, relocating its headquarters to 1 Maple Ave., White Plains and expanded the 4th floor space by 15,000 s/f as well as an additional 23,000 s/f mezzanine level to accommodate their needs.
