Schuckman Realty facilitates 5,500 s/f lease to Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen/Burger King

Manhattan, NY Schuckman Realty Inc. has facilitated the signing of a 10-year lease with Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen/Burger King for 5,500 s/f at the site of the former Banco Popular at 175 Dyckman St. in the Inwood neighborhood.

 

 

 

Schuckman’s Kenneth Schuckman, Nick Masson and  Peter Yoon represented the landlord, Parkoff Organization, the owner of 175 Dyckman St., the ground floor retail building built in 1965 that is located between Vermilyea and Sherman Aves.
