PBS Real Estate appoints Zuriff to vice chairman

Eugene "Gene" Zuriff, previously the president of Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc. has joined PBS Real Estate as vice chairman. Zuriff was a founding director and chairman of the executive committee of The Commercial Bank of New York where he played an integral role in its sale to North Fork Bank. Currently, Zuriff serves as a director of One Liberty Properties. He is a graduate of NYU and NYU School of Law and a member of the state bar.
