Spitalnick of Kaufman reps. sub-landlord in 15,686 s/f sub-lease

Designer License Holdings, LLC, a ladies apparel manufacturing company for brands such as Bill Blass Jeans, has just signed a seven-year sublease for 15,686 s/f of showroom and office space at 205 West 39th St.    Arthur Spitalnick of the Kaufman Organization represented Home Marketing Associates, the sub-landlord in the transaction, while Mark Kritzer of Millennium Real Estate represented the sub-tenant. The 16-story building is located in the center of the Fashion District and transit triangle.
