GCP Capital Group arranges 12 mortgages totaling $78.9 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $78.9 million for the following 12 properties:

• A $36 million construction loan for the development of a 128,000 gross s/f tower consisting of 110 rental units, located in Long Island City. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $16.838 million for a portfolio of four five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 163 units, located throughout the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $14 million for a six-story apartment building containing 29 apartments and four commercial units, located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $13.25 million for a six-story apartment building containing 90 units, located on Orloff Ave. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $11.625 million for a six-story apartment building containing 101 apartments, located on Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $11.05 million for a six-story apartment building containing 63 units and 6,770 s/f of commercial space, located on Reservoir Ave. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $10.375 million combined financing for two multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 99 units, located in the Fordham Heights and Jerome sections of the Bronx.  Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $6.9 million for four four-story apartment buildings containing a total of 12 units, located on Wilson Ave. in Brooklyn. Albano arranged the financing.   

• $4.9 million for a six-story apartment building containing 31 units, located at West 161st St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $4.5 million combined financing for a four-story apartment building containing 19 units, located in Astoria and a three-story apartment building containing eight units, located in Long Island City. Albano arranged the financing.

• $3.7 million for a ground floor commercial condominium unit comprised of 3,600 s/f, located in the Greenwich Village section of Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $3.15 million for a four-story mixed-use building containing six apartments and 1,850 s/f of commercial space, located on Second Ave. in Manhattan. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $2.35 million for a five-story apartment building containing 26 units, located on Summit Ave. in the Bronx. Charnowitz arranged the financing.
