New York, NY GCP Capital Group has arranged mortgage financing totaling $118.522 for the following15 deals:

• $16.53 million construction financing for the development of an eight-story apartment building containing 72 units in the Brooklyn’s Kensington section. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $14 million for a five-story apartment building containing 28 units and three stores on East Houston St. in Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $13.9 million for a portfolio of four multifamily apartment buildings containing 112 units in Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $12.944 million for a portfolio of six multifamily apartment buildings containing 107 units in University Heights, Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $12 million for a six-story apartment building containing 21 units and 1,100 s/f of commercial spac East 14th St. in Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $11 million for a six-story apartment building containing 35 apartments and one retail unit on West 15th St. in Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $8.6 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing 60 apartments and 7,500 s/f of commercial space on East 233rd St. in the Bronx. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $8.5 million for a six-story apartment building containing 27 apartments and two retail units in Downtown Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million for a four-story mixed-use building containing 12 apartments and 4,200 s/f of commercial space on Grand St. in Brooklyn. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $4.2 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing nine apartments and 2,740 s/f of commercial space on Riverdale Ave. in the Bronx. Sessa arranged the financing.

• $4 million for a five-story apartment building containing 13 units and two commercial units on East 83rd St. in Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. 

• $2.175 million for a five-story apartment building containing 20 apartments on West 144th St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $2.13 million combined financing for a three-story apartment building on Meeker Ave. in Brooklyn and a two-story apartment building on Decatur St. in Ridgewood. Albano arranged the financing for this property.

• $1.593 million for 21 individual condo units located in different buildings throughout the Bronx’s Parkchester neighborhood. George Spanos, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $1.45 million for a four-story mixed-use building containing six apartments and two commercial units on East 187th St. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
