New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $363.928 million for the following 13 deals:

• $75.6 million for a portfolio of six multifamily buildings containing a total of 111 apartments and 13 commercial units, located throughout Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $62.82 million for a portfolio of ten multifamily/mixed-use buildings containing a total of 251 apartments and nine commercial units, located throughout Manhattan.  Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $60 million for a portfolio of 12 multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 200 apartments, located throughout Brooklyn. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $50.28 million for a portfolio of seven multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 230 apartments and 5,500 s/f of retail space, located throughout Manhattan.  Greenbaum arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $28.45 million for a 14-story commercial multifamily building containing 120 apartments and 36,900 s/f of commercial space, located on St. Marks Ave. in Brooklyn. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $24.4 million for a portfolio of six mixed-use buildings containing a total of 38 apartments and 13,650 s/f of commercial space, located on the Lower East Side of New York.  Classi arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $22 million for a three-story commercial building comprised of 63,800 s/f, located on 35th Ave. in Queens.  Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $13.025 million for a package of four five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 125 units, located on Davidson Ave. in the Bronx.  Greenbaum arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $11.675 million for a portfolio of three multifamily buildings containing a total of 104 apartments, located throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio.

• $6 million for a commercial building containing four retail tenants, located on Franklin Ave. in Brooklyn.  Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million for a five-story apartment building containing 53 apartments, located on Morris Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
